Technical support

Sparqube products offer two types of technical support:

Standard Support – this option offers email support, free fixes, service packs and minor version upgrades (eg. v1.xx to any v1.yy). This option is provided free of charge for any product and is available to any customer using either licensed version of Sparqube products or evaluation one.

Premium Support – additionally to all the features of Standard Support, for small annual charge, the following benefits are given and guaranteed to entitled customers:

  • Fast email or telephone response on any technical products-related case. We are located in Central European UTC/GMT+1 hour time-zone (+1 hour DST), so, since we work with customers all over the world operating in different time-zones, the best way for contacting us is using email where you could describe your issue or question in details.
  • Free major version upgrade (eg. v1.0 to v2.0) will not require purchasing any licenses to upgrade your product installation to new version. For customers not using Premium Support such upgrade will be available for discounted one-time upgrade fee.
  • Free non-production licenses for QA and Testing SharePoint farms will significantly reduce licensing costs for Sparqube products. Please note that licenses for development environments are not covered by Premium Support.
  • License migration when upgrading production SharePoint environment from SharePoint 2010/2013 to 2013/2016.
  • License migration in cases of emergency when farm is rebuilt.

Premium Support is product dependent and can be purchased during product license purchase. If you are already using licensed Sparqube product and would like to obtain Premium Support for this product please contact Sales department.

Email feedback

Every customer using licensed version or evaluating Sparqube product can use free email support. When writing email to Technical Support about issue or bug, please include as much technical details as possible, browser version and version of product used. Please include screenshots if you think it will help issue diagnostics.
